Terms of Service
Last updated: March 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RTRVR AI, Inc. ("RTRVR AI," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our websites, applications, browser extensions, APIs, SDKs, cloud services, Rover Workspace, Rover and RoverBook features, the Webflow app, and any related products or services we make available (collectively, the "Services"). Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Notice.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes both you and that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility and business use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are designed primarily for professional and business use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws, regulations, and workplace or internal policies.
You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your use would cause RTRVR AI or its service providers to violate applicable law.
3. Accounts, authentication, and security
Some features require an account or third-party authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
We may rely on actions taken through your account as authorized by you unless you notify us otherwise through reasonable support channels.
4. Services and product changes
The Services may evolve over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, limits, user interfaces, or product tiers at any time. We may also release beta, preview, or experimental features that are subject to additional restrictions and may be changed or removed without notice.
We do not guarantee that any feature, integration, automation path, or third-party connection will remain available or function continuously.
5. Paid plans, credits, billing, and taxes
Some parts of the Services may require payment, a subscription, usage credits, or third-party billing. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any related charges.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Usage allowances, credits, or quotas may expire or reset as described in the applicable plan.
- Except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges associated with your use of the Services.
Pricing, packaging, credits, and plan limits may change prospectively.
6. Customer content, prompts, and permissions
You retain ownership of prompts, workflows, uploaded files, connected data, site content you control, and other materials you submit to or process through the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant RTRVR AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, process, transmit, analyze, reproduce, adapt, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to provide Customer Content, connect accounts, authorize browser automation, and instruct Rover to access, extract, summarize, or act on websites, systems, or data.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of Customer Content and the instructions you give to the Services.
7. AI-specific terms
Rover and related products use AI systems to generate outputs, take browser actions, summarize information, and assist with workflows. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, stale, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use.
- You must review outputs and actions before relying on them in important contexts.
- The Services do not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice.
- Analytics, memory, RoverBook insights, and other generated summaries are assistive tools, not guaranteed records of truth.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or successful automation outcomes.
Your use of AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs is at your own risk.
8. Third-party websites, automation, and integrations
The Services may interact with third-party websites, APIs, browser environments, authentication providers, cloud platforms, and integrations, including Webflow and other marketplaces or connected products. Those third parties are not controlled by RTRVR AI, and their terms, availability, security, and policies may change independently.
- You are responsible for complying with third-party terms, access restrictions, and applicable law.
- You are responsible for any credentials, permissions, sessions, or authorizations you provide.
- RTRVR AI is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, blocked access, account suspensions, or data restrictions.
- If you install Rover through Webflow or another marketplace, those third-party platform rules still apply to your use.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, abuse third-party systems, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or abusive conduct.
- Bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or contractual restrictions without authorization.
- Use the Services to collect or process data you do not have the right to access.
- Upload malware, conduct attacks, or attempt to disrupt the Services or third-party systems.
- Reverse engineer or access the Services in a way intended to compete unfairly or extract source code, except as allowed by law.
- Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as independently verified facts without appropriate review.
10. Intellectual property and feedback
RTRVR AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, models, interfaces, branding, and related intellectual property, except for Customer Content owned by you or your licensors.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business or permitted personal use.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay fees when due, or used the Services in a way that could harm RTRVR AI, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions related to billing obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RTRVR AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.
RTRVR AI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, timely, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RTRVR AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RTRVR AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID RTRVR AI FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
14. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RTRVR AI and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your Customer Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
You and RTRVR AI agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party submits to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website, updating the "Last updated" date above, or using other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
